Please note that cancellations made between 12-24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost and cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. For late arrivals, clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost. For no-show appointments, clients who have not arrived after 15 minute period will be charged a fee of 100% of the service cost.
